Who We Are

We are a private, family owned child care center serving the Midland and Odessa area! We have operated two childcare centers and have over 20 years of experience with children! We are licensed through the state of Texas and have plenty of educated staff to care for your little one(s) whenever you need!

We are a full time child care center but we accept drop ins during operating hours. Evenings and weekends are reservation only! We are aware life can get busy, especially with those unexpected moments when you need reliable childcare fast! That is why we decided to come up with a solution to help. Whether you need to run errands, forgot about that meeting, or just simply need a break, we make it easy. Bring your little one by and we will handle the rest!

Hourly Rates:

1 Child: $20/hour

2 Children: $30/hour

3 Children: $40/hour

Day Package: 9am-3pm

1 Child: $115

2 Children: $175

Full Time: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

$407 for all ages due on the 1st and the 15th of every month, $30 supply fee that is due on the 1st of every month, and an annual $100 registration fee due on January 1st.

Monthly total: $844.00

Considering we are a smaller, more private center, we do not have a full kitchen to prepare meals such as breakfast and lunch. However, we do provide a healthy snack at 3:30pm and water for all children!

Our Activities

Activities in child care are more than just fun, they help children learn and grow in every way. Through play, arts & crafts, stories, and games, children build important skills like problem-solving, coordination, communication, and teamwork. Activities also support emotional development, creativity, and confidence, all while creating a sense of routine and belonging. At Willow and Nest, every activity is designed to support healthy and happy development!

Arts & Crafts

Children explore their creativity through a variety of hands-on arts and crafts projects designed to spark imagination and develop fine motor skills. Children engaged in painting, gluing, cutting, and coloring using age-appropriate materials like non-toxic paints, child-safe scissors, recycled items, and natural elements like leaves and twigs!

Circle Time

Children gather together to start the day with connection, learning, and fun! Circle Time includes a mix of songs, movement, storytelling, and interactive discussions that encourages listening skills, social interaction, and early language development this activity helps build confidence and a sense of belonging in the classroom community.

Our outdoor play sessions are filled with energy, laughter, and teamwork as children participated in a variety of fun and engaging outdoor games such as duck duck goose, red light green light, follow the leader, blowing bubbles, and playing with hula hoops! These games help children build confidence in their physical abilities.
